2024 is coming to a close and it’s a time where many of us start reflecting on the year.
This December, Yayasan Generasi Gemilang (GG) would like to invite you to embark on a journey with us through our Heart x Hope series, where we’ll be sharing powerful stories of connections and transformations among our beneficiaries, volunteers, and stakeholders.
What is Heart x Hope?
Heart x Hope began as a year-end family and youth day event, bringing together underserved youths and families with our volunteers for a time of fun, food, and bonding. As children painted and played, and youths had a blast making slime, meaningful conversations flowed over dinner. The evening turned into a moving exchange of stories—of shared struggles, dreams, and hope.
It wasn’t just our staff who were touched; even the café owners were moved by the experiences we shared that evening. Now, we want to share these moments with you, highlighting the connections we have as Malaysians and offering a glimpse of our shared humanity. Beneath our differences, we all carry similar struggles, hopes, and dreams.
