Job Description
Program Lead,
Education Accessibility
Help improve access to education for children at school through various programs, such as Super Sarapan, under Education Accessibility (EA).
This junior role reports to the
Manager of Education Accessibility
Main Responsibilities

Conduct programs under Education Accessibility (EA) with passion and impact.

Build good rapport, develop strong relationships and coordinate EA’s programs with school authorities (principal, teachers, canteen operators, parents and students).

Conduct briefing, follow up and audit checks with school authorities.

Track, monitor, and compile monthly progress reports, attendance and invoice to ensure timely submission.

Forecast challenges due to any factors and incorporate it with school authorities to ensure smooth deliverance.

Measure, evaluate and find ways to improve the quality of EA’s programs.

Conduct skills & value-based session with our beneficiaries.
Requirements
Must be passionate for GG’s vision and mission and love the work nature especially dealing with the community, schools, parents, government and corporate partners.

Degree or Diploma holder, with preference given in education, business administrative or social sciences fields.

Relevant working experience would be an added advantage.

Strong problem solving, organizational and administrative skills.
-
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Preferably able to speak BM and Mandarin.

Knowledge and exposure working with children & youth.

Able to confidently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.
